PLACING AN ORDER
Many pieces are available for immediate purchase through this site. Availability on some items is limited since Balance Stone Designs jewelry is not mass produced but individually handmade by Patty Stecker. Commissioned pieces on the website are shown as a representation of various techniques and designs. Your piece will be made to order with equal care and attention. As such, please allow slight variations from piece to piece. Items in stock will ship within 48 hours of your purchase.
Custom orders may take from 1 to 4 weeks to complete and ship. If you would like to customize a piece with certain gemstones or a color theme, contact me for options and pricing. We’ll work together to create a truly unique piece that reflects your personality and tells your story!

Checks are gladly accepted, but order will not be shipped until the check clears.

Complimentary Gift Wrap: Every item is wrapped in the Balance Stone Designs signature gift box. Each handmade piece comes in a protective bag with a tarnish-resistant strip to maintain your silver luster. Also included is a guide for caring and cleaning of your Balance Stone Design jewelry.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipments: Shipping with insurance is within the United States. Items are sent via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day.
Return Policy: If you are not completely happy with your Balance Stone Designs item, please return it within 10 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. You can return items for an exchange or refund. Sized custom orders or items that have been adjusted are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please contact me via email or phone that you are returning the piece and the reason. Return items in the same packaging as they were delivered to you to ensure safe travels. Shipping costs are not refundable; I suggest insuring returns.
Repair Policy: I thank you for your purchase. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you find any problems with defects or workmanship within the first 6 months, I will be happy to repair the item at no charge. There will be a charge for items needing repairs after 6 months.
Please contact me before you ship the item and include information on how the damage occurred so I may determine the best way to repair it. At the time of contact, I will supply the address where you need to ship your piece. I will inspect the piece and provide you with a repair estimate within 5 business days.
